Fresh Koji - White rice 300g

Our koji is made with great care in small batches using BIO white rice.

We are selling fresh koji, not dried however sell it frozen.

If we don't have it in stock, we will produce it after receiving your order. Please note that it may take a bit longer to prepare, so kindly contact us before placing your order.

Since this is a frozen product, we do not ship it by post. Instead, you can pick it up in person near Utrecht, Leidsche Rijn or Amsterdam ''Wanococoro''.

Please bring a cool bag and coolant with you when you come to pick up your order.

The expiry date: 1 month from the manufactured date.

When to Receive:
After we receive your order, we will inform you of the production schedule.
Your product will be delivered according to that timing.
Please note that there may be a waiting period.

Where to Receive:
There are two pickup locations available.
