Produced by Kondo Brewery in Akiruno City, this soy sauce benefits from an ideal environment—pristine water from the Akigawa River, lush green Tama mountains, and fresh air, all within the rural areas of Tokyo’s natural landscape.

Kondo Brewery carefully selects whole soybeans to create this premium soy sauce. Only a small amount of soy sauce in Japan is made from domestically sourced whole soybeans, making this a rare and valuable product. The soybeans' umami is fully extracted, and through slow fermentation and natural aging, the sauce develops a clear color, a rich aroma, and a deep, complex flavor. No preservatives or artificial colorings are used, preserving its authentic and traditional taste.
