MISO making workshop
The season for making miso has come again this year.
Why not try making your own original miso for yourself and the people you care about?
We would love for you to experience the flavor of miso shaped by nature.
Over the course of a year, your miso will slowly ferment and mature.
Its color will gradually deepen, and with time, the flavor will become richer and more complex.
In February and March, we will host one handmade miso workshop each month.
February: The workshop will be held in Utrecht.

March: This workshop will be a collaboration with @mochihouse_an I’m looking forward to working with them! They will prepare delicious mochi and Japanese tea especially for this event.

Below are the details for the February workshop in Utrecht.
■Date: Sunday 22 February, 14.00-17.00.
■Location: about 15 minutes' walk from Utrecht Terwijde station (letting you know the detail after registered).
■Participation fee: €60 (including materials for miso about 700g)

- What is miso? We will introduce the various types of miso.
- I would like you to know a little bit about koji.
-What’s going on inside the miso as it ferments?
- We will experience miso making together.
- Try tasting snacks made with miso.
