MISO making workshop

Join us for the TEMAE MISO (handmade miso) workshop on Sunday, September 29th.

 Why not find fun activities at home in the upcoming season?

Making miso may sound complicated to you - but it's very simple. And you can enjoy it using all your senses.

 Making miso is something to look forward to at every step, from making it together, waiting for it to mature, and enjoying it once it's finished then eating!

The languages used will be English (please allow me to use Google Translate at times) and Japanese.

■Date: Sunday 29 September, 13.30-16.30

■Location: about 15 15-minute' walk from Utrecht Terwijde station (letting you know the details after registering)

■Participation fee: €60 (including a jar and materials for miso about 500g)

■Experience Details - What is miso & Koji? How to make miso? What is going on in the universe of miso? How to use miso? How good for us? Tasting various types of miso, and let’s enjoy making Miso together!

■Number of people: 5 persons
