We sell our koji seasonings following our production schedule. We will notify you when your orders are ready for shipment, following the order in which you placed them. We appreciate your understanding that there may be a longer wait.

Additionally, please note that amazake and koji cannot be shipped, as they must be kept frozen. We apologize for the inconvenience, but these products must be picked up near Utrecht Leidsche Rijn.
